As the global public health system continues to improve, the demand for protective standards in sectors such as healthcare, food processing, and industry is steadily rising. Thanks to their core advantages—such as zero risk of allergies and outstanding protective performance—disposable nitrile gloves have seen their market demand grow year after year. According to industry observations, nitrile gloves are gradually replacing some of the market share previously held by latex gloves, becoming the preferred protective item across multiple industries. As one of China’s leading manufacturers of disposable gloves, Taineng Medical holds a prominent position in the nitrile glove sector, with a domestic market share of 7.4%. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has two major production bases located in Nangong City and Shijiazhuang City in Xingtai, Hebei Province, covering a total area of more than 600 mu. To ensure product quality, we have invested 120 million yuan to build a 12,000-square-meter dust-free workshop that meets cleanliness standards ranging from Class 10 to CP grade. This facility boasts Asia’s largest capacity for processing dust-free nitrile gloves and achieves a production yield rate of over 99% for qualified products, demonstrating our exceptional production control capabilities. 
In terms of product development, our nitrile glove family comprehensively covers diverse scenarios including medical, food processing, and industrial applications. All products are made from 100% high-quality nitrile latex, free of allergenic protein sources, thereby eliminating allergy risks at the source. Medical-grade gloves offer excellent resistance to bacterial penetration and strong chemical resistance to acids and alkalis; their textured fingertips enhance anti-slip performance, and touch-screen compatibility meets the flexible operational needs of healthcare professionals. Food-grade gloves have obtained national food-grade certification, giving users peace of mind when handling food. Industrial-grade gloves and diamond-patterned models feature thickened materials and superior resistance to penetration, making them ideal for heavy-duty industrial tasks. The eye-catching orange and black designs further facilitate easy identification in industrial settings.
Relying on more than 40 related patented technologies, we have successfully achieved the high-difficulty production of ultra-thin gloves weighing just 2.2 grams per pair. Our products have obtained numerous authoritative domestic and international certifications, including those from the U.S. FDA, the European Union’s CE mark, and ISO 13485.
